10th Annual Celebrating Health Science Education Research Day

This year is particularly significant as not only does it mark the 10th anniversary of this conference, but also coincides with the faculty celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Alma Ata.

We are pleased to announce that our keynote speaker is Dr Tracey Naledi, Board Chair of Tekano Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity of South Africa, with an address entitled, “Expectation of graduate from a faculty of Health Sciences, in light of Alma Ata”

Presentation prizes up for grabs include an R8000 research grant, a personal AMEE membership including a subscription to Medical Teacher and MedEdWorld, a copy of Cohen, Manion and Morrison’s, ‘Research Methods in Education’, and a copy of Cleland and Durning’s, ‘Researching Medical Education’.
